We use only the freshest locally sourced ingredients, much of which is grown and raised by us. We have a small exclusive wine list featuring our pick of local Tasmanian cool climate wines to accompany our menu. The restaurant is open to in-house guests each evening, with a deliciously curated menu changing seasonally. Two courses $65, and three courses $80. 

Open seven days a week, with sittings available from 5:30pm - 7:30pm.
