Our chefs use only the freshest locally sourced ingredients much of which is grown and raised by us. We have an extensive wine list featuring our pick of local Tasmanian cool climate wines to accompany our menu.

The restaurant is open to guests and the public on Friday and Saturday nights by reservation and to groups on request at other times.  Monday – Thursday we cater to guests with a Red Feather signature shared table menu served in the dining room at 7pm.  Please call (+61 3 6393 6506) us to make a reservation.
